We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right — no attitude, no fine print games.

30 days, easy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange. Items just need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to start one

Email flyjonesnyc@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what you need — a refund or a different size. We’ll reply within one business day with where to send it.

Who pays shipping

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover everything. For anything else, return shipping is on you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Same process — just say so in your email and we’ll get the swap moving.

The one thing we can’t do

Every piece is printed to order, so we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Try it on, check the mirror, then decide.
